What we look after

Most of our work is commercial: suites and floors on the 124th Avenue corridor, clinics, and the tenant improvements that follow every lease change.

Rooftop and split systems

Service, repair and replacement, scheduled around occupancy.

Heat pumps

The default replacement here — heating and cooling from one system.

Ventilation

Outside air, exhaust and filtration for offices, clinics and meeting rooms.

Tenant improvements

Ducts, diffusers, zones and controls for a new layout.

Controls

Schedules that follow hybrid weeks instead of a 1990s timetable.

Server rooms

Dedicated cooling for rooms that run warm every day of the year.

Adding cooling

Built without air conditioning?

Plenty of Eastside homes and older suites have heat but no cooling. What fits depends on what's already there — ducts from a furnace, electric baseboards, or nothing at all. Answer two questions and see which route usually makes sense.

Homes

For homes

Split-levels, 1970s ramblers and newer townhomes. Heat pumps to replace tired furnaces, ductless for houses with baseboards, and repairs when a system stops in the middle of a heat wave.

  • Heat pump replacements and repairs
  • Ductless for homes without ducts
  • Duct sealing, returns and airflow
  • Filtration for smoke season
Questions

Before you call

My house has heat but no air conditioning. What are my options?

It depends on what heats it now. Our adding-cooling page gives the usual route for ducted, baseboard, radiant and rooftop-heated spaces.

Why do heat pumps come up so often here?

Because the Eastside needs months of heating and a few weeks of cooling. One system does both, and the cooling arrives with a better heating system.

Can you work around our tenants and opening hours?

Yes. Commercial work is scheduled around occupancy, including early mornings and quiet days.

What about wildfire smoke?

Filtration and the fresh-air side matter as much as the cooling. We check that the system can move air through a better filter before fitting one.

Will I get a price before work starts?

Yes. Repairs are priced in writing after diagnosis, and projects are proposed in writing with the options side by side.
